At Dudububushop.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase; if you are not, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached.

Log into your Dudububushop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip or RA number inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
